First Contact

Initial request
The client or designer sends us an initial idea or requirement. We listen carefully, to understand objectives, constraints, and aesthetic vision.
Quotation
Based on the request we develop a clear and reasoned economic proposal in line with the client’s needs.
Alternatives and variations
If necessary, we propose alternative solutions in line with the concept or budget. Always accompanied by photos of suggested materials.
Sampling
We ship real samples of the selected material, because every important decision deserves to be touched by hand.
Alignment

Sourcing and material research
We initiate material procurement through our direct network with quarries and suppliers in Italy and abroad.
Taking charge of the project
If required, we take care of site surveying and, if necessary, installation. We can manage the whole process.
Technical development
We make the boxes, develop the working drawings and define the markup.
Production and control
We cut, machine and finish each piece in our in-house workshop. We check every detail before shipping.
Packaging and logistics
We arrange custom packaging and international shipping to ensure the integrity of the material all the way to the project site.
